Mac server side anti-spam tools:
- SPAMBOLT by Vicomsoft "provides a highly effective method of blocking unwanted SPAM emails from clogging an email server or users inbox. Incorporating a sophisticated rule-based engine, SPAMBOLT also allows the enforcement of email policies, including the ability to remove unauthorized attachments, blocking emails containing keywords and adding banners / disclaimers to outgoing mail."
- TMDA (Tagged Message Delivery Agent) by Jason R. Mastaler for Unix/Linux sits at the server level. " TMDA combines a "whitelist" (for known/trusted senders), a "blacklist" (for undesired senders), and a cryptographically enhanced confirmation system (for unknown, but legitimate senders). TMDA strives to be more effectual, yet less time-consuming than traditional filters."
